DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

USER-GENERATED DATA
- We refer to application data that is generated by the user explicitly (e.g. notes, comments, and CRM data) or automatically (e.g. property lookup history and record searches) as “User-generated data.”
- User-generated data is accessible only by the users who generate it and, in the case of team-wide data (e.g. CRM data), by their team members.
- User-generated data will not be accessed or used by the development team except in cases where it is necessary for debugging the software or improving our products and services.
- User-generated data will not be sold to or shared with third parties.
- User-generated data will be stored for as long as an account is active. If a user account becomes inactive for a defined period (e.g., 12 months), we may initiate a process to notify the user of potential data deletion. If there is no response or activity within a reasonable time, we may proceed with data deletion.
- Data subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements will be securely stored and deleted only when those requirements have been met.
- We will implement appropriate security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of user-generated data, both during retention and deletion processes.
- User-generated data can be deleted at any time upon request, barring any legal or regulatory retention requirements.
MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
CHANGES
